ELBOW TOE
ELBOW-TOE is a Brooklyn based artist that has been very active in the street art scene for the past 4 years. His work varies wildly in style and technique but is generally figurative. His primary methods for work on the street are wheatpasted woodcuts, stencils or large scale charcoal drawings. He was feature prominently at "Wooster on Spring", a show Roberta Smith of the New York Times listed as one of her top 10 exhibitions of 2006. Since that exhibition ELBOW-TOE has become represented by galleries in London, New York, Denver and Los Angeles. Last year he was the featured artist in the project room at Leonard Street Gallery in London, and this year he is featured in the show Poets of the Paste this June at AdHoc Gallery in Brooklyn, and is creating an installation/show with Armsrock at Thinksapce gallery in LA in December. He is extremely excited to be participating in Electric Windows with such an all star group of artists. For more information on Elbow-Toe you can follow his blog  or follow his flickr stream
