By Train:
From Grand Central Station -
Take the Metro North Railroad ( Hudson Line ) to Beacon NY

the one way weekend ticket price is currently $11.50 each way

Once you get to the train station on the weekends there is a trolley that goes up and down main street ( the nearest trolley stop is Main&Verplanck)
you can see the trolley schedule here.

If the trolley isn't there, the walk is not that bad, especially if you are comming from NYC. Just walk up beekman road to the light. Take a right and then a quick left onto Main street. The event is about a 30 minute walk ( depending on how many stops you make) down to the other end of Main street, just walk torward the mountain.

from the south -
- NYS thruway (87) North to exit 17 ( route 84 )
- Route 84 torward Beacon NY
- Cross the Newburg Beacon Bridge
- exit 11 and turn right onto RT52 / 9-D South
- left on Main street / RT 52
- we are at 510 main street

from the north -
- NYS thruway (87) South to exit 17 ( route 84 )
- Route 84 torward Beacon NY
- Cross the Newburg Beacon Bridge
- exit 11 and turn right onto RT52 / 9-D South
- left on Main street / RT 52

from the east -
- Route 84 West torward Beacon NY
- exit 12 and turn left onto RT52 / Fishkill Avenue
- left on Verplank Avenue
- right on Main Street
- we are at 510 main street

from the west -
- Route 84 East torward Beacon NY
- Cross the Newburg Beacon Bridge
- exit 11 and turn right onto RT52 / 9-D South
- left on Main street / RT 52
