Eugene Good

After being sea-born in the back of a '57 Chevy, I grew up in modest brush
house by the sea. In third grade, I cheated on my history exam. In fourth
grade, I stole my uncle Max's toupee and I glued it on my face when I was
Moses in my Hebrew School play. In high school, I spent a minute in Norway
constructing boats by the angry sea with my elders and after I learned how
to grow a beard I came back to the states to pursue my libations and
education.

Now all grown up as a Milwaukee based artist, by way of Colorado and
Chicago. A graphic designer by trade, artist by choice and wood shaper by
night using a multitude of mediums and found canvases. While design has
taught me a sense of structure and balance, my art comes through depicting
images of a messy mind... I'm just kidding. It's yet another in a long
series of diversions in an attempt to avoid responsibility.
Self-realization. I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, who
said, "... I drank what?"
